1.General description of apartments

 

 

A. All apartments contain:

1. a fully-equipped kitchenette, with oven, fridge, hot plates, kitchen utensils, cutlery, pots and pans

2. a TV in each room, with satellite reception

3. air-conditioning (cooling and heating) in each room

4. a safe and a telephone

5. a private bathroom with hairdryer and shower or bath

6. a private balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the garden. All apartments have the same orientation, i.e. towards the sea.

7. a constant supply of hot water

8. broom and dustpan, mop, sponges and dish-washing liquid

9. bed linen and towels

 

B. Each apartment is individually furnished and decorated.

C. Each apartment can comfortably accommodate the number of persons stated in the detailed description of each apartment.

2.Categories of apartments

 

1.Studios are one-room apartments which contain two single beds and one single bed/couch. They can accommodate 3 persons.
2.Two-Room apartments consist of one Studio-type room with two single beds/couches, plus one bedroom with two single beds. They can accommodate 4 persons.
3.The Two-Room Suite (60m2 with very large veranda) consists of one large Studio-type room with two single beds/sofas, plus one bedroom with one double bed. It can accommodate 4 persons.
4.Three-room apartments consist of a Studio-type room with one single bed/couch, plus two bedrooms with two single beds each, or one double bed and two single beds. They can accommodate 5 persons.

3. Prices

  1. Prices stated in this website are in euros and include all taxes.
  2. Apartment prices are per apartment.
  3. Apartments apply for a minimum stay of 2 nights. For stays of only one night a 10% surcharge is added to the price of the apartment.

4. Amenities included in the price of the apartment

  1. Wi-Fi internet access in the living room area and in a number of apartments
  2. Guest computer with internet access and printer in the living room area
  3. TV with DVD in the living room area
  4. Piano and guitar in the living room area
  5. Beach chairs and beach umbrellas (limited number per apartment)
  6. Yoga mats (limited number, to be reserved at the reception desk)
  7. Nordic walking sticks (limited number, to be reserved at the reception desk)
  8. Greek SIM cards (limited number, to be reserved at the reception desk)
  9. Mosquito repellent devices
  10. Irons and ironing boards (limited number, to be reserved at the reception desk)
  11. Use of the tennis courts of the Xylokastro Tennis Club “Sythas” as members.
  12. Table tennis
  13. Bicycles (limited number, to be reserved at the reception desk)

5. Services incurring extra charges

1. Breakfast is not included in the price of the apartment. Breakfast can be served in the living room area, on the roof garden or in the apartments. Price: 10,00 € per person. We make every possible effort to ensure that most of the products used for the preparation of breakfast are certified organic and, where possible, fair trade.
2. Room service is available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. for breakfast, coffee, drinks and small snacks. The room service menu and price list is available in the apartments. We make every possible effort to ensure that most of the products used for the preparation of the items included in the room service menu is certified organic and, where possible, fair trade
3. Telephones are available in all apartments. The hotel telephone unit charge is 0,30 €.
4. A laundry service is available in-house, at a cost of 5,00 € per 5 kilos.
5. Dry-cleaning services can be arranged by the hotel at the cost specified by the provider. The hotel bears no responsibility for this service, but acts only as facilitator.
6. Transfer to and from the hotel can be arranged by the reception, at the cost specified by the provider. The hotel bears no responsibility for this service, but acts only as facilitator.
7. Cooked or raw food delivery services can be arranged by the reception, at the cost specified by the provider. The hotel bears no responsibility for this service, but acts only as facilitator.

6. Cleaning of apartments and changing of linen

1. Apartments are cleaned twice per week. Cleaning is normally done between 9 a.m. and 15 p.m.

2. Bed linen and towles are changed twice per week.

7. Check-in and Check-out

1. Check-in time begins at 2 p.m. The day of arrival is paid in full, regardless of arrival time1 .
2. Check-out time is at 12 a.m. If guests decide to stay past this time and until 6 p.m. they will be charged 50% of the room’s rent. If they stay past 6 p.m. guests must pay an entire day’s rent2 .


 

8. Booking procedure

If you wish to make a booking at Daphne’s Club Hotel Apartments, please make an enquiry regarding availability during your chosen dates by sending us an e-mail, a fax or calling us. If the apartment you wish to book is available we will inform you of the applicable rates and send you a booking form to fill in with your contact details and all the necessary information regarding your stay at Daphne’s Club (Arrival, Departure, Number of Persons etc).
For your reservation to be confirmed a deposit will need to be made either by bank transfer or be authorising payment by credit card. The deposit will be equal to 25% of the total cost of your stay at Daphne’s Club, but not less than the equivalent of one day’s rent3 . Upon reception of the deposit or the credit card authorization form you will receive a written confirmation of your booking by either e-mail or fax.

Please note that if you have chosen a specific apartment during your booking, which Daphne's Club has confirmed, we will make every effort to ensure that this is the apartment that will be allocated to you upon arrival. However, changes may occur due to events beyond our immediate control (e.g. damages in the said apartment). In this case an equivalent or superior apartment will be allocated to you.  

You can also book online, using our online booking system.

Please note that your reservation is not considered final until reception of the deposit.

9. Payment

The balance of your booking will be paid at the hotel, at the end of your stay. If your stay is longer than one week, the hotel reserves the right to require the payment of a weekly balance at the end of each week4 .

10. Cancellation and no-show policy

No fee is charged for cancellation up to 21 days before the confirmed arrival date. In case of cancellation less than 20 days before the arrival date, the aforementioned deposit will be withheld. In case of cancellation of part of the agreed number of days after a guest’s arrival he/she is required to pay the rent equivalent to 50% of the cancelled number of days. In case of no-show guests are required to pay the rent of 50% of the originally agreed number of days 5 .

11. Information on your rights and obligations as hotel guests in Greece

Hotel guests in Greece are covered by a number of laws and decisions. If you feel you need to find out more, please contact the Greek National Tourism Organisation or the Greek embassy in your country of origin.

 

12. Newsletter privacy statement

 

Daphne's Club Hotel Apartments has adopted EU and US standards and policies in connection with its handling of the personal information of its customers and guests.

As a general principle, no information gathered on customers and guests is to be used other than for the express purpose for which it was gather and under no circumstances are third parties to be granted access to the personal details of customers and guests.
